Program Information and Instructions
We are pleased to announce a call for cases of Homozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia (HoFH). We invite your submission of HoFH patient case information to make this program a success. The final product will be a HoFH Patient Case Book including a collection of patient cases describing initial presentation, differential diagnosis, and management in order to help other physicians recognize FH patients and optimize their therapeutic outcomes.
